Vision
Vision of the Master of Social Science Education Study Program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, PGRI University Yogyakarta is to become a superior PIPS Master study program in 2043, producing graduates who are devoted, innovative, professional, have national commitment, and have a global outlook.
Mission
The Scientific Mission of the Master of Social Science Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta is as follows: (1) Developing effective, efficient, democratic, transparent, and accountable Prodi governance to create a healthy, autonomous, and highly competitive organization; (2) Optimizing the utilization of resources owned by the PIPS Study Program to support:
- Organizing academic and or professional education to produce graduates who are pious, competitive, professional, have national commitment, and have a global outlook.
- Organizing research activities to study and develop science, technology, and art.
- Organizing community service activities to realize the welfare of the community, nation, state, and mankind.
Objective
The purpose of the Master of Social Science Education Study Program is to educate students to become Master of PIPS who have faith, devotion to God Almighty, knowledge, personality, noble character, capable, independent, creative and innovative, competitive and professional, have high national commitment, and have a global outlook. The objectives of the Master of Social Science Education Study Program synergize with the objectives of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education and the objectives of the University.
