About the Faculty of Business and Law
The Faculty of Business was originally named the Faculty of Economics at the beginning of its establishment, then based on the Chancellor’s Decree No. 157/SK/REKTOR-UPY/IX/2019 dated September 16, 2019 concerning changes in the name of the faculty and grouping of study programs, the Faculty of Economics changed its name to the Faculty of Business. This name change shows the College’s compliance with the nomenclature of naming faculties and study programs in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2017 concerning the Naming of Study Programs at Higher Education and the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 257 / M / KPT / 2017 concerning the Name of Study Programs at Higher Education.
