  • EPT registration announcement October 2023

    Announcement

    Number: 180/Language-UPY/X/2023 Center

    Announced to students of PGRI Yogyakarta University that in order to improve the competence of students in the English field, the Yogyakarta PGRI University through the UPY Language Center will hold the English Proficiency Test (EPT) Month October October Strong> 2023. E-Certetifat EPT as a condition Thesis/Awareness Examination and can be included in the Certificate of Companion Diploma (SKPI). The schedule for implementing the October 2023 EPT certification activity is presented in the following table:

    Additional Information:

  • EPT is intended for students Minimum Semester 6 .
  • Students upload proof of payment on time according to the specified schedule. For participants who are late, automatically will not enter the group division according to the schedule because it is not yet verified.
  • Proof of payment for the class of 2019 and afterwards uses a payment certificate from the standard because it has been covered by the spa fee (only used for one period of the period). For the generation before 2019 payments up to Bank BPD. If students have a payment certificate from the standard that has not been used to take the EPT test, then must be renewed.

    Class of 2019 and so on, the cost of the EPT test has been counted in SPA, so there is no need to repay it and only need to be ADM Bureau. Finance to make a payment certificate. Unless you have taken the EPT (main and repeat) test, but it is declared not graduated, so you have to take care of payments according to the provisions.

    To the EPT test participants to pay attention to the following provisions:

  • Participants Mandatory Come at the test location 30 minutes before the exam schedule. Because the test time for the test is 60 minutes, and previously the supervisor will explain the mechanism of working on about 10-15 minutes.
  • Participants bring a valid identity card (KTP/Student Card/SIM).
  • Participants are only allowed to bring stationery and identity cards to the test table.
  • Participants who arrive late no are given additional time ( risk of missing the listening problem in section 1, 2, and 3 ).
  • Participants No are allowed to move groups and/or move to exam hours except there are logical reasons and accepted by the manager of the Language Center. (can contact the Language Center Manager in 2×24 hours after the schedule is circulated).
  • Participants who No take the exam without confirmation as the schedule above (Table 1), is considered not passing and the test for the person concerned will be determined later.
