PGRI Yogyakarta PGRI Silat athlete won 6 medals at the Sumedang National Championship
Monday, December 2021 to Wednesday, December 22, 2021, a National Pencak Silat competition was held at GOR Futsal ITB Jatinangor, Sumedang City, West Java. With a full sense of pride in the University of PGRI Yogyakarta (UPY) also contributed to the event by sending athletes from UKM Pencak Silat PGRI Yogyakarta University.
In the national championship UPY martial arts athletes succeeded F male and Class B Putra.
The 6 medals include 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and 3 bronze medals. The gold medal was won by Paryadi Student Guidance and Counseling Study Program in the Single Arts category and Shofia Novianti Student of Informatics Study Program in the Class D Putri category. Then in the Class E Men’s Class Category, UPY silat athletes won a silver medal won by Nugraha Dharma Bima Sakti Student Accounting Student Student.
While 3 other athletes namely Rita Dwi Jayanti (Guidance and Counseling Study Program), Kevin Nur Alim (Historical Education Study Program), and Yohanda Oktaviary (Informatics Study Program) each won a bronze medal, each won a bronze medal, each won a bronze medal each In the Class C Category of women’s, male F class and Putra B class.

Guidance and Counseling Study Program at PGRI Yogyakarta University conducted an MOA with the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at the University of Muria Kudus
On Monday, December 6, 2021, UPY’s Guidance and Counseling Study Program conducted an MOA with the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Muria Kudus University. In this MOA, it was carried out directly at the Court Room of the FKIP UPY Dean by complying with the health protocol in accordance with the government’s recommendations. The contents of this MOA are one of them, namely, the implementation of student exchanges to support the independence activities of Learning Merdeka Campus. Upy Taekwondo Team again achieved achievements in the Tae Kwon Do Uti Pro Cup 2021 Virtual National Championship
Pengprov UTI PRO DIY has held a Virtual Taekwondo UTI Pro Cup 2021 National Championship Special Individual Poomsae, Pair and Group, and Speed Kicking Competition with theme & LDQUO; Tough face Pandemi and become a True Champion & RDQUO ; The championship was held on 4-5 December 2021, which was carried out virtually and directly through the Youtube channel Taekwondo Pro 1 and Taekwondo Pro 2. This virtual championship is a solution to the development of athlete’s achievements in the Pandemic era so that the potential possessed is not limited by Pandemi until now it is still around us.
In this championship the upy taekwondo team has lowered 7 athletes to participate in the match in the Poomsae category. Before participating in the championship, all athletes underwent a Training Center (TC) for approximately 2 months to prepare for abilities. Along with commemorating the 2021 National Teacher’s Day, the DIY Museum Ambassador to the UPY Museorum presents a meeting of the Museum Friends by holding a seminar that carries the theme & LDQUO; interpreting the role of teachers & nbsp; in education in the digital age Merdeka & RDQUO Campus Policy;. The seminar was held on Thursday (11/25) starting at 09.00 WIB-finish which took place at the Lab History Museum.
This seminar was attended by great speakers, Dr. Sri Margana, M.Hum, Palupi Sri Wijiyanti, M.Pd and Dr. M. Iqbal Biresyada, M.Pd. In addition, this seminar was also attended by lecturers and students of history education and other study program students and DIY Museum Ambassador, Salsabila.

Woro Widowati enlivened the closure of PKKMB, LKMM-TD, and Softskill activities at the UPY Auditorium
for 6 days a series of PKKMB, LKMM-TD, and Soft skills that started from 15-20 November 2021 have been carried out successfully and smoothly. The series of activities is carried out entirely online which is followed by new students of PGRI Yogyakarta University from their respective homes. But only the committee both from student affairs and institutions that attended directly at the UPY Auditorium while still compliant with the health protocol.
Although done online certainly does not reduce the meaning of various activities that have been carried out and of course give a separate impression both from the committee and participants. At the closing of the event on Saturday (11/20) also participated in UKM from UPY namely Choir UKM, UKM Theater, UKM Pencak Silat, UKM Taekwondo, Music UKM, UKM Dance and other UKMs that enliven the event by displaying creations and creativity each on the virtual stage.
