  • UPY won a medal at the International Pencak Silat Championship in Bali

    UPY UKM Pencak Silat Contingent participated in competing in the 1st Bali International Championship Championship Lila Bhuana, Denpasar, Bali. And followed by many contingents of martial arts from Indonesia and from various countries.

    In the championship UKM Pencak Silat UPY managed to bring some gold, silver and bronze medals. Some of the medals achieved by the UPY UKM Pencak Silat Contingent in the International Championship of Pencak Silat Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali Championship 1 2020, namely:

    1) The gold medal was won by Nugraha Dharma Bima Sakti from the Accounting Study Program in the Adult and Kevin Nur Alim Men’s Men’s State Educational Study Program in the Historical Education Study Program in the Adult Putra Category Category. 2) The silver medal was won by Paryadi from the Guidance and Counseling Study Program in the Putra Dewesa male category and the men’s singles category. 3) Then for the bronze medal won by Shofia Novianti from the Informatics Study Program in the Adult Princess Category C and Bachtiar Ar Rosyad from the PGSD Study Program in the Adult Princess’s Standing category.

  • Upy Holds Graduate and Postgraduate Graduation, 49.8 Percent Passed Cumlaude

    Yogyakarta PGRI University (UPY) held a graduate and graduate graduation ceremony on Thursday (1/23/2020), at the Audiotorium Building in the UPY campus, Yogyakarta. Dr. Ir. Paiman, MP, UPY Chancellor in his remarks explained, graduation was attended by 302 people consisting of 105 men and 197 women . satisfying predicate, 138 people achieved a very satisfying predicate, and 144 people won the predicate of praise ( cumlaude ), & rdquo; explained Paiman.

    Rector UPY Dr. Ir. Paiman, MP put Samir to Postgraduate graduates.

    graduates/graduates of the undergraduate program that won the highest achievement, Titim Dwi Handayani, S.Pd PGSD Study Program with a achievement index of 3.93. The fastest graduate, Irfah Handayani, S.Pd from the Mathematics Education Study Program, a 4.1 -year -old study time. The youngest graduate, Suratno, S.Pdprogram PGSD Study Age 21 Years and Oldest Graduates, Petrus Kopong Mamun, S.Pdprogram PPKN Study Program, 45 Years Age.

    Paiman added, graduation is a success for families who have provided moral and material support so that graduates/graduates can complete their formal education. & ldquo; for us, graduation is proof of UPY’s seriousness in providing the best service to the family’s trust that has submitted the education of men/women, or husband/wife to UPY, & RDQUO; he said.
