HMP PBSI UPY held a social service event on July 1, 2019 which took place at the Mustika Tama Orphanage located on Jl. Padokan, Padokan Kidul, Tirtonirmolo, Kasihan District, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta.
Mustika Tama Orphanage was established in July 19, 2010 which was founded by 12 people including the surrounding community and local village heads and already under the auspices of the Social Service. The number of children in this orphanage is 25 children & nbsp; consisting of orphans, poor children and abandoned children who are outside the orphanage totaling 215 orphans and the elderly.
This social service was carried out in the framework of the annual work program of PBSI-UPY HMP, in the event also attended by several lecturers from PBSI and also the Head of PBSI Head of Primasari Wahyuni, M.Pd. P>
At the Baksos event there was also a submission of donations in the form of 1 million and 3 boxes of food packages given to the Mustika Tama Orphanage. & ldquo; hopefully this social service event will continue to develop, then for UPY students will be given smoothness and ease in seeking knowledge, quickly graduating, and after graduating easily finding work and becoming a pious child.
