we realize that the conditions in the Covid-19 pandemic forced good cooperation and mutual synergy between schools, parents and the community. As explained in the Tripusat Education that education is our shared responsibility between schools, parents and the community and their environment. Well, it turns out that in the current conditions there must indeed be a real synergy. When normal conditions sometimes parents have submitted fully to the school. The government itself is also trying to make a format of how the implementation of education can run well. And what is being initiated today is about PJJ (Distance Education) that uses IT facilities. So that accidentally when there is Pandemi Covid-19 as it is today, we have started to use a long-distance program or education with a variety of media that we can look at. In reality in the field we often hear complaints from teachers, students and parents related to current implementation conditions. So there must be a solution that we put forward so that the implementation of learning in the governor of Pandemic can still run effectively in order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

And as a guest speaker, namely presenting Kak Seto (Chair of the Indonesian Child Protection Institute). Furthermore, Darsono said that the hope for this seminar would later contribute to teachers, parents, students and all that this was indeed a necessity for learning as it is today.
& nbsp; Rector of UPY, Dr. Ir Paiman M.P who on the occasion as a keynote speaker, explained that the learning model online has gained many impacts, one of which is related to children’s education that must be learning from home , inevitably parents must play a role as a teacher for their children, accompanying children to learn like teachers at school. Even the task of parents becomes more when learning is carried out online. Not only in terms of parents, educators also experience many obstacles in providing learning material or controlling the activities of students when learning online. & LDQUO; In current conditions, awareness and efforts of all parties are needed, especially parents. Given the main responsibility of education actually exists in the shoulders of parents, because the first and main educators are parents, & rdquo; explained Paiman. In general the role of parents in the Covid-19 pandemic period is a supervisor, educator, guard, developer and supervisor of children. Therefore there is a need for an understanding for educators and parents to be able to optimize their role in the pandemic period.

Meanwhile Dr. Seto Mulyadi, M. Si, a psychologist or commonly called Kak Seto explained how important our role as educators and parents in accompanying sons and daughters in the Pandemic period. Furthermore Kak Seto explained, parents and teachers must be educators as well as examples for children so that they can become figures idolized by their children, not feared.

& ldquo; loved because we educate with the power of love not love for strength and violence, & rdquo; he added.
The psychologist of the child protection activist also said that the house and school must be a friendly place, full of intimacy and cooperation. Entering the era of adaptation of new habits, a positive climate is needed at home and the mental health of the family that is maintained. Child education and parenting must be guaranteed without ignoring family happiness. Parents must try to understand children, support the development of children’s talents and support optimal children’s growth by creating a happy and safe atmosphere because learning does not have to be violent again but must be child -friendly.

& ldquo; especially in the present pandemic that is full of constraints, challenges and problems, all of that must still be faced with a clear heart and full of hospitality and excitement so that children will be feel safe and comfortable while studying at home, & rdquo; obviously the man who is familiarly called Kak Seto.
