Today, the younger generation is not only required to be literate in the development of the times but also needs to understand the state constitution. A number of students of the Pancasila Education Study Program and Citizenship Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of PGRI Yogyakarta are invited to understand the state constitution directly from their experts.
Constitutional Judge Enny Nurbaningsih and Constitutional Justice Suhartoyo talked about pluralism in Indonesia to be the most important part of developing the country. Where there are oaths of adhesive elements namely Pancasila, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, and the 1945 Constitution.
& ldquo; these are the most important elements of how we stick to our nation in the differences that exist as wealth given by God Almighty, & RDQUO; said Enny.
Meanwhile, constitutional judge Suhartoyo discussed the function of the constitution to limit the power of state institutions, state administrators, so as not arbitrarily.
& ldquo; because law is a political tool to achieve the country’s goals, & rdquo; said Suhartoyo.
Yogyakarta PGRI University Chancellor Paiman hopes that through the presentation students will not only be literate in information but also how to practice.
& ldquo; hopefully what is conveyed can be used as a reference to educate students so that they are not lagging behind information. The students were lucky because not all got this knowledge. Not all understand the constitution, & rdquo; he said. (Bernasnews)
