The Indonesian Pencak Silat Association Semarang has held a National Championship Pencak Silat Tugu Muda Championship 3 Semarang Championship Competition. This event was held on 21 & ndash; October 23, 2022 at GOR Multipurpose Wujil Semarang.
Pencak Silat Student Activity Unit Yogyakarta PGRI University participated in this championship. Yogyakarta PGRI University sent three outstanding students from various branches to participate in the championship. In addition, student representatives have also made the name of the University of PGRI Yogyakarta among them:
- Champion 1 Class B Adult Putra, on behalf of Andreyan Lintang Saputra BK Study Program
- Champion 2 Adult Putra Tungal Art, on behalf of Rizky Febrian Management Study Program
- Champion 3 Class B Adult Princess, on behalf of Dinna Oktaviasari PGSD Study Program
In addition, representatives from the PGRI Yogyakarta University contingent, Lintang Saputra presented & LDQUO; Alhamdullilah this is a good start for me to continue to excel and keep training actively to be better in the future and also This is a form of realization from me in carrying out demands or agreements that have been agreed as a KIP-K student at Yogyakarta PGRI University to continue to excel academic or non-academic & rdquo;
In this competition the athletes need several weeks for training aimed at preparing the ability to participate in the championship.
By obtaining achievements in the national championship, it is hoped that hopefully it can increase the enthusiasm of UPY martial arts members and other students to continue & nbsp; The spirit of practicing and achieving. And hopefully in the future the championship can send other outstanding members to be able to scent and raise the Pencak Silat UKM flag and PGRI University Yogyakarta.
