Yogyakarta PGRI University (UPY) conducted a Bachelor and Postgraduate Graduation Procession at Unit 1 Center Campus, Sonosewu, Yogyakarta, Saturday (29/8/2020). In the process, the graduation ceremony is carried out using the & LDQUO; Drive Thru & RDQUO methods, considering that the COVID-19 Pandemic period is still ongoing. The graduation implementation was attended by 191 graduates of graduates and also broadcast live streaming on UPYTV Youtube.
In his remarks, UPY Rector Dr. Paiman, MP advised all graduates of graduates, that graduation is not the ultimate goal of a learning, on the contrary graduation is the beginning of the learning process in the community.
& ldquo; the main thing from someone when a career to achieve success is not the intelligence factor of IQ, but the nature of honesty ( honesty ). It is hoped that all UPY alumni who work can prioritize the nature of honesty to achieve success and happiness in the present and future, & RDQUO; said Dr. Paiman, MP.
Upy continues to try to improve the quality of educational services with jargon & ldquo; upy ready to grow exponential & rdquo;, according to Dr. Paiman, MP, this is realized by the increase in UPY rankings both on regional and national scale. & LDQUO; UPY also tries to continue to improve the accreditation ranking of all existing study programs, & RDQUO; strictly.
Currently there are four study programs that are accredited ranked A and some of them are accredited rank B. UPY also has several new study programs, such as industrial engineering, pharmacy, medical engineering techniques, architectural engineering, Vocational Education Automotive Technology (PVTO), Agricultural Product Technology, Nutrition, and Medical Electrical Engineering. & ldquo; hopefully upy continues to grow exponential, advanced and victorious.
